This hotel fits me perfectly. I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, poolside snack bar, and friendly staff. During my first stay, they even helped me with a local taxi recommendation! I can’t wait to come back for Christmas.

great location but noisy hallway

We had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the flexibility of the staff when we requested a room change. The different lounging areas offered great views, like the pool view and the bar balcony spot.

The noise from the corridor was a bit disruptive, affecting our baby's sleep.

i recently stayed here for 10 nights and had a fantastic time! the newly renovated deluxe double room with a sea view blew me away with its stunning views and modern amenities. My previous visit to palma nova couldn’t compare. this hotel exceeded my expectations with friendly staff and delicious food options that kept me satisfied throughout my stay.

However, access to the main facilities was challenging due to an out-of-service lift, which made getting around a bit tough with a stroller. The beach was conveniently close, offering lovely white sand, but a slight inconvenience was the parking arrangements upon arrival. Despite these minor concerns, the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.

We had a great vacation. You can enter the sea directly from the hotel with stairs. The pool is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs, though the drinks at the pool bar were nice, but slow service sometimes meant long queues. The view from our room was amazing and made every sunrise worth waking up for.
